An Alfred Johnsons cut corner low-level cistern, ideal replacement for many makes and models of cistern from the early 20th century to the present day or as part of a new vintage-styled installation. This authentic original cistern is a high quality glazed vitreous china item which was made in the U.K. circa 1955, therefore is not necessarily compliant with current water regulations but can be adapted for 6 litre flush if required (please ask for details).

This 1950s cistern was designed for low-level installation with a flushpipe, or we can supply fittings suitable for close-coupled installation if required. Available with or without the original Chrome handle as shown or a modern reproduction ceramic handle if preferred.

Note*: These cisterns are over 60 years old, and have most likely been in use for the majority of that time. Therefore although in extremely good condition overall with no cracks or chips there will be minor marks or abrasions on the surface of the glaze, and the chrome may have areas of damaged or missing chrome.
